Shipping Policy: We ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally to select countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. Boutique 25 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Lost or Damaged Items: Boutique 25 is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Gift Wrapping: For items purchased with gift wrapping, Boutique 25 ensures high-quality packaging. Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, gift cards, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
Process:
- Submit a return request via email to hello@boutique25.com with your order number.
- Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Usage: Boutique 25 gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiration: Gift cards do not expire.
Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final.

Eligibility: Boutique 25 accepts consigned gowns that meet our quality and modesty standards.
Agreement: Consignment agreements are provided for review and signature. Payment terms and commission structures will be outlined in the agreement.
Storage Fees: Annual storage fees apply for consigned gowns. Non-payment of fees may result in removal of the item from our inventory.
