Gown Rental FAQ'S

What is the security deposit amount?

A refundable $200 security deposit is required for all rentals. This is fully returned when the gown is brought back on time and in good condition.

Can I make alterations to a rented gown?

Temporary alterations are permitted but must be pre-approved during your fitting appointment.

What happens if I return my gown late?

Late returns incur a fee of $25 per day. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate a late return

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes! Extensions are available for $25 per additional day. Please contact us in advance to arrange an extension.

What is the standard rental period?

We offer two rental periods:

Standard Rentals: 4 days (2-3 days before event, return 1 day after)
Bridal Rentals: 1 month (3 weeks before event, return 1 week after)

How do I rent a gown?

Browse online or visit the store to select a gown. Schedule a fitting, sign a rental agreement, and pay the rental fee. Make sure to choose a gown that fits your style and needs, and don’t forget to check for any specific requirements or recommendations from the rental service.
