TERMS & CONDITIONS

All transactions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Once we submit your reservation, you will receive a copy of the information to your email or phone number provided. If you notice any date mistakes, text/WhatsApp us 646.470.6363

The drop off date you input is the day you must return it to Clean Spot 431 Kingston Ave {corner Empire Blvd} 718.467.4485. Put it under Boutique 25. Once dropped off, please send us a picture of the receipt via text/WhatsApp 646.470.6363. We will handle pickup and payment for the cleaning.

For each day the gown is not dropped off, there will be a $25 charge per day. We reserve the right to charge your payment method.. The rental price is priced per wear. If you would like to wear it a second time, full payment must be made in advance.

Please inspect your dress before reserving. We will do our best to repair any damage or clean any stains. When picking up your dress, we ask you to please look it over. Although we inspect your dress fully when we prepare them for pickup, sometimes a damage may be overlooked. If you notice a damage and we're informed at pickup, we will do our best to repair. Any damages seen or notified after pickup, will be presumed renters' fault.

The deposit will be returned *after* Boutique 25 receives the gown from the cleaners: undamaged and unstained. Payment for any damages or repairs will be taken from the deposit. Please note we do not have control over how long cleaning can take; some gowns require more time based on fabric and delicacy. Deposits can take up to one month from drop off date.
